The Offshore team competed in the first of three major regattas sailed at Navy on their Navy 44s in the famed Shields Trophy. The Dinghy team saw the Reeser brothers compete in the New England Single Handed Championship and College Sailing Single Handed Nationals Qaulifier. where Nick '25 placed 3rd overall among other top level college sailing events. 

Annapolis, MD -Shields Trophy (USNA): The Offshore team traveled down to USNA to compete in the Shields Trophy, racing on Saturday and Sunday. With winds out of the Northeast the first day at 8 knots, CGA ended the day in 3rd. A challenging second day of racing saw CGA fight through 3 grueling races and end the event in 6th place. The crew consisted of 1/c Parker O'Sullivan, 1/c Sean Sullivan, 1/c Hailey Johns, 2/c Alexis Taylor, 2/c Cathryn Hegner, 2/c Connor Boudreau, 3/c Ned Jobson, 3/c Keith Teague, and 4/c Sarah Evans. 

Providence,  RI -NEISA Open Singlehanded Qualifiers (Brown): A difficult light and shifty Easterly provided for some enjoyable racing on Saturday and Sunday. During the two day event 14 races were sailed and 1/c Nicholas Reeser placed 3rd at the end of the event. The sailors were brothers 1/c Nicholas Reeser and 4/c Benjamin Reeser.  

Boston, MA -Hatch Brown Trophy (MIT): Following 10 races in a competitive fleet, CGA Sailing placed 8th out of 18 boats at the conclusion of the weekend. The sailors included 1/c Jack Derry, 1/c Daniel Neville, 2/c Bradley Whiteway, 2/c Luke Zylinski, 3/c Gavin VanManen, and 3/c Grace Austin. 

Boston, MA -Regis Trophy: Coast Guard sailors travelled to Boston College for a weekend of sailing on the Charles in 5-10 knots of breeze. Like the Hatch Trophy, a competitive fleet saw Coast Guard place 8th out of 18 boats. The sailors included 1/c Laura Slovensky, 1/c Charlotte McCarthy 2/c Julia Conneely, and 2/c Ally Nystrom. 

New London, CT -Coast Guard Invite: A beautiful southerly across the Thames on Coast Guards home turf brought Coast Guard sailors a 3rd place finish in a 19 boat fleet. Eight races were sailed in 420s by 1/c Alden McGonagle, 3/c Austin White, 3/c Caroline Odell, 3/c Julian Henderson, 4/c Ella Demand, 4/c Gabriella Fields, 4/c Meara Conley, 4/c Sam Puleio, 4/c Joey Richardson, and 4/c Tomas Riccio. 

Offsoundings: Coast Guard sent two boats, Stormy Petrel and Cool Breeze, to Greenport for the Offsoundings regatta. This cherished regatta consists of multiple days of distance racing in the Long Island sound. Light breeze proved troublesome for competitors but an excellent weekend for training. Sailors included 1/c Andrew Nichols, 1/c Kobi Weiland, 1/c Sam Humphreys, 1/c Gabe Niles, 1/c Alex Rogers, 2/c Charlotte Waring, 2/c Hudson Holden, 2/c Eve Lanzafame, 3/c Eben Castleman, 3/c Isaac Adkins, 3/c Ronald Lac, 3/c Jacob Grohs, 3/c Mara Maas, 3/c Ben De Ondarza, 4/c Ammon Anderson, 4/c Elizabeth Hetzler, 4/c John Cecil, and 4/c Tony Brown.
