United States Coast Guard Academy

The Coast Guard Academy Athletics Corporation (CGAAC) is a newly-registered 501(C)(3) designed to support the Athletics Division at the United States Coast Guard Academy (USCGA) in New London, Connecticut. The USCGA is one of five federal service academies in the United States and falls under the Department of Homeland Security. The mission of the USCGA is to graduate service-ready Ensigns who have earned a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Commission to serve as Officers in the United States Coast Guard within four years.

As part of the co-curricular approach to education, the Athletics Division consists of 21 varsity sports programs, 20 of which compete in the National Collegiate Athletic Association's (NCAA) Division III level. The CGAAC will exclusively support the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, the Athletic Director, and the athletics programs in executing their missions and achieving their goals.
