MARLBOROUGH, Mass. —
19 United States Coast Guard Academy cadet-athletes have been recognized on the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference's (NEWMAC) winter Academic All-Conference lists, which were released by the conference during the week of March 9th.
305 student-athletes in total from across the NEWMAC were appointed for the honor. That mark breaks down into 79 men's swimming & diving student-athletes, 93 from women's swimming & diving, 49 for men's basketball, and 84 for women's basketball. Honorees must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale or 4.35 on a 5.0 scale after the 2025 fall semester, achieved second-year academic status at their institution, and been a member of their varsity team for the entire season.
