NEW ORLEANS, La. —
22 cadet-athletes from the United States Coast Guard Academy track & field program have earned All-Region honors from the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for their standout performances during the 2025-26 indoor season.
The USTFCCCA awards All-Region distinction to the region's top eight individual performers in each event, as well as each relay member of the top eight relays. Ten regions are used for the honor: East, Great Lakes, Metro, Mid-Atlantic, Mideast (of which Coast Guard falls under), Midwest, Niagara, North, South, and West.
Ten men and 12 women are representing the Academy on this year's indoor list. The men are led by junior sprinter
Ian Naff (Arlington, Va.) with recognition in four events: the 200 meters, 400 meters, 4x400 meters, and the distance medley relay. On the women's side, it was senior sprinter
Alaina Stonebraker (Salt Lake City, Utah) with the selections in the same events as Naff.
Also earning multiple selections for the men was freshman mid-distance specialist
Sam Blake (Severna Park, Md.) in the 800 meters, 4x400, and DMR. For the women, the multi-athlete pair of freshman
Ella Corritore (Erie, Pa.) and senior
Tara Jessen (Signal Mountain, Tenn.) both earned recognition for the pentathlon, while Corritore earned another for high jump and Jessen in the 4x400. Also earning multiple nods for the women was senior distance ace
