NEW LONDON, Conn. - Coast Guard hosted 33rd ranked Vassar on Sunday, falling in a tough battle with the Brewers.
 

In doubles action, the Brewers took the first point at 3^rd doubles with an 8-2 victory. The 24^th ranked duo of Myles Decoste and Charles Norman rallied back drawing the match even at 1-1 with an  8-3 victory. At 2^nd doubles, Sean Dreher and Ben Bonetto mounted a comeback falling behind 7-4, before ultimately succumbing in a tie-breaker 8-7.

Behind 1-2, the Bears rallied to take five out of six first sets in singles action. Decoste and Norman were straight winners at 1^st and 2^ndsingles registering 6-4 6-4 and 6-3 6-2 victories, respectively. But the Brewers recovered and won 3^rd set victories at 3^rd, 4^th, and 6^th singles to clinch the match, ending the Bears six-match win streak.

The Bears are next in action at Brandeis on April 10^th at 3:30pm.
