NEW LONDON, Conn. - The first day of the Conn/CGA invitational was all doubles due to the weather. The bears top duo of Myles Decoste and Charles Norman were a perfect 4-0 on the day with wins against Trinity College, Conn College, Springfield College, and St. Michaels.

At second Doubles, Sean Dreher and Freshman Ben Bonetto scored solid wins over Trinity and Springfield. At third doubles Logan De Los Santos finished the day with a solid 6-2 victory over St. Michaels. The Bears are back in action tomorrow for day 2 of the event.

On day two of the Invitational, On day 2 of the Conn/CGA invitational, the Bears top duo of Myles Decoste and Charles Norman scored wins over the top pairings from Conn College, Trinity, and Springfield. They finished the weekend with seven wins and only one loss.

Bears second ranked duo Sean Dreher and Ben Bonetto scored victories over Springfield and Trinity. Third ranked duo of Logan De Los Santos and Brendan Love lost tight contests to Trinity and St. Michaels, both in tiebreakers. They rallied and beat Springfield to close out the day.

The fourth ranked duo of Ben Carlander and Noah Reice finished the day with a victory over Conn College.

The Bears are next in action at Bowdoin College for the New England ITA tournament on Friday, September 29th.
