To start the game, the Bears shut down the Wildcats, going three up-three down.
Coast Guard was able to get on the board first, from a Blake Carroll single to score Luke Percifield.
The Bears were able to hold the Cats off for two innings, until an Xavier Botelho RBI tied up the score, 1-1 in the fourth. The Cats scored four more in the fourth to make it a 5-1 lead over the Bears.
CGA would get their bats going in the bottom of the sixth. B. Carroll would start the one out rally, hitting two runs in on a single. John Carroll would ground out to second, but would bat in Justin Stasiak. These three runs wouldn't be enough and CGA would fall to J&W, 13-4.
On the mound for the Bears, Ryamond Priddy and Charles Red both had three strikeouts apiece.
