Bridgewater, Mass. -- Women's Lacrosse hit the road today and dominated Bridgewater State, taking them down 19-5. 

The Bears were up 6-0 in the first ten minutes of the game before allowing Bridgewater to even get on the scoreboard. Going into the second half, Bears were in full control leading 13-2. 

Addy Bass led her team with six goals, Seniors Shannon Schmidt and Gianna Cascio with three goals apiece, Caitlyn Coates with two, Abby McAllister, Katharine Rott, Sarah Skurat, Mia Becker and Brenda Anderson each had a goal as well. 

CGA won 17 draw controls while Bridgewater only had 10 and CGA was able to complete 14/16 clear attempts while Bridgewater could only complete 8/10. 

Also as a team, Coast Guard had 17 groundballs while Bridgewater had eight total. 

Women's Lacrosse will be back on the road and will face Endicott March 1st at 5 PM.
