DUDLEY, Mass. – Senior captains Tom Hackett and Jack Phillips each won their singles matches and teamed up to win at #1 doubles leading Coast Guard to a 5-4 win over Nichols in the final match of the Fall season.

The Bears improve to 2-1 on the season.

Hackett won 6-1, 6-1 at #1 singles while Phillips was a 6-2, 6-0 winner at #5 singles.

With the team score tied 4-4, sophomore Kyle Fager clinched the match for the Bears with a 7-5, 6-3 win at #3 singles.

Hackett and Phillips were 8-7 winners at #1 doubles while junior Arthur Wicke and freshman Lucas Arora won 8-5 at #3 doubles for the Bears.
