MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – Coast Guard had three players compete at the ITA New England Regional Championship on Friday at Middlebury College.

Junior Tom Hackett lost to Ben Battle from Tufts 6-3, 6-1 while senior John Hu dropped a 6-2, 6-1 decision to Sumukh Pathi from Colby.

In doubles action, Hackett and sophomore Adam Bahney lost 9-8 to MIT.

The Bears are back in action next Saturday at the Conn. College Invitational.
