INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. —
United States Coast Guard Academy senior high jumper
Allie Wildsmith (Bainbridge Island, Wash.) has been selected to compete at the 2026 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The meet will run from May 21st through the 23rd at Veteran's Memorial Field Sports Complex at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse.
Wildsmith returns to the national contest as the reigning champion, entering the meet with the #2 overall mark in the field. She cleared a bar set at 1.78 meters (5' 10") at the South Florida Invitational on April 11th, securing the meet title with that mark and outperforming Division I and II talent in the process. Wildsmith was also the champion at last season's indoor national championships. She will look to close the book on one of the most successful careers in USCGA track & field history by winning her third career title.
