In doubles action, the bears were first to strike with an 8-2 victory at 1st doubles (Myles Decoste/Charles Norman). MIT bounced back with 8-3 wins at both 2nd and 3rd doubles. 24th ranked Senior duo of Myles Decoste and Charles Norman improved their record to 9-2 at 1st doubles in dual matches this season.

With the Bears down 2-1 headed into singles, the engineers kept the momentum going with straight set wins at 1st singles, 3rd singles, 5th singles, and 6th singles. Coast Guard fought back with 3 set wins at both 2nd singles (Charles Norman) and 4th singles (Ben Bonetto). Freshman Ben Bonetto scored his 2nd straight 3 set win at 4th singles
