NEW LONDON, Conn. - Bears Tennis hosted Emerson in a conference matchup, sweeping the Lions, 9-0.
CGA started off strong by taking all three doubles with 8-1 wins at both 1st doubles, with the team of Myles Decoste and Charles Norman, and 2nd doubles, with the team of Banks Evans and James Vuille-Kowing.
Coast Guard kept the momentum going by winning every singles spot without dropping a set.
Decoste clinched the victory for the Bears with a 6-0 6-0 defeat of Pete Sevikal at 1st singles.
Coast Guard now stands at 3-1 in conference and will take on Babson on April 8th at 1 PM.
