BOSTON, Mass. - Men's Soccer traveled to Boston to take on Emerson in their last regular season road game, shutting out the Lions with a final score of 1-0. 

The Bears came out firing, getting three shots off in the first 12 minutes of the game. While none of the first few found the back of the net, one eventually did. at 16:34, Andres Villasana, assisted by Andrew Ferderer, CGA up, 1-0. 

Coast Guard didn't allow Emerson to get a shot off until the 22nd minute of the game, which was their only shot attempt of the first half. 

Going the break, CGA was maintaining its 1-0 lead.

The teams traded shots in the second half, but it was a defensive and goalie battle as neither was able to connect. Ultimately, Coast Guard took down Emerson, never allowing them on the board.

Wolfgang Pfleghar had three saves for the Bears. 

Coast Guard will have its final regular season game on October 28th at 12 PM.
