For his performance in this past weekend at WPI, Broock Desta of Coast Guard Football has been named CoastGuardAthletics.com Athlete of the Week, presented by First Command.

In Coast Guard's 28-21 win over WPI, Desta led all players in receiving. He finished with nine receptions for for 114 yards and two touchdowns. Desta leads the team in total reception yards with 1040 yards for an average of 115.56 yards per game.
