For her performance in victories over Clark and Smith, Kira Howard of women’s lacrosse has been named CoastGuardAthletics.com Athlete of the Week, presented by First Command.

Kira scored two goals with two assists in the final regular season game vs Clark, then in the NEWMAC quarterfinals vs Smith she led the team with four goals while adding two assists. Coast Guard will face #1 seed Babson on Wednesday with the winner advancing to the NEWMAC championship game.
