Froling is in her fourth season as an assistant coach with the Bears.
From 2018-2021, she led the Curry College Colonels to success on and off the soccer pitch in addition to serving as the Senior Woman Administrator (SWA), Student-Athlete Academic Liaison, and Game Administrator. She coached three All-Conference players, two Curry Scholar-Athletes, and one Curry Female Athlete.
In 2017, Coach Froling made history in her first season as a head coach of Mount Ida College to tie program’s most wins (8-9-0) since joining the Great Northeast Athletic Conference in 2007.
Prior to Mount Ida, Froling spent five seasons at her alma mater as an assistant coach at Connecticut College.
Aside from the college game, Coach Froling coached with the Southeast Soccer Club (SSC) where she led the club to their first-ever State Cup Championship, Global Premier Soccer (GPS) and is currently coaching with Bruno United FC in Rhode Island. During the summers she is active coaching throughout New England.
She possesses a bachelor's degree as a double major in Psychology and Environmental Studies from Connecticut College and later obtained a master’s in Psychology from Connecticut College in 2016. She was a dual-sport athlete in Soccer and Track & Field and earned the “Erica Bos Award” which was established in 1990 to honor an athlete whose courage, motivation, and relentless determination serve as an inspiration to others.
Coach Froling resides in Coventry, RI with her husband Kevin.
