NORTON, Mass. - The Men's Swimming and Diving team remained unbeaten after racing to a 171-109 victory against Wheaton College. The men were led by a series of multiple event winners.
Winning both the one meter and the three meter diving boards was junior Drew Harris, who earned his first college diving victories, and scores of 164.70 and 149.70 respectively. First year breaststroke specialist John Kaleta won both the 100 and 200 breaststroke in 1:00.19 and a season best 2:13.77. Fellow first year Blaise Minckler won the 200 butterfly (1:59.40) and 400 IM (4:10.30) as well. First year Noah Reice continued the youth movement by winning the 100 freestyle (47.55) and the 100 butterfly (52.17).
Junior All-American, Colin Twiss won the distance events 1000 freestyle (10:04.23) and 500 freestyle (4:50.46). Joining Twiss was classmate Brandon Chhoeung with a win in the 200 freestyle in a season best 1:46.63.
The men's record stands at 6-0 and they will travel to Roger Williams on November 11th and a 1:00 pm start.
