MADISON, N.J.-- Karagan Bulger and Kelly Wade scored a goal each to lift Coast Guard women's soccer to a 2-1 victory over Drew at the Drew Tournament on Saturday afternoon. The Bears improve to 3-0, while Drew drops to 3-1.

In the 22nd minute, Bulger put away her second goal of the season off a cross from Sidney Palinkas from the right side to get the Bears on the board first.

In the 28th minute, Palinkas found Wade to put away her first goal of the season and eventual game-winner to give the Bears a 2-0 advantage.

Drew scored off a breakaway in the 80th minute to cut the deficit to 2-1.

Emily Scharnitzky made five saves in the victory for the Bears and is 3-0 on the season.

Coast Guard is back in action tomorrow for the second day of the Drew tournament against Westfield State at noon.
