Box Score 2 NAPLES, Fla.-- Coast Guard softball completed their spring break trip with a sweep on their final day with a 10-8 victory over Brockport and a 10-1 win over RIT in the second game.

Freshman Katie Becker put the Bears on the board first with a one-run single in the top of the first but Brockport answered in the bottom of the first taking a 2-1 lead.
Dewey tied it for the Bears in the top of the second with an RBI double making 2-2.
In the top of the third, Bartz hit her two run homer to give the Bears a 4-2 lead. Dewey followed with a single to center field that sent two runners home, extending the Bears lead, 6-2.
Casey Danko hit a two run homerun in the bottom of the third to cut their deficit, 6-4. The Golden Eagle took advantage of some errors by the Bears that helped them tie the game 6-6.
Dewey hit her three run home in the top of the fifth to break the tie and give Coast Guard a 9-6 lead. Freshman Kayla Yoshioka Montalvo had an RBI single to give the Bears their 10th run.
Alison Missavage hit a two run homer in the bottom of the fifth to bring it within two, 10-8 but Coast Guard held them off in the final two innings.
