Box Score DARTMOUTH, Mass. – Senior Greg Burnham scored the only goal of the game in the 32nd minute leading Coast Guard to a 1-0 win over UMass-Dartmouth in the final non-conference game of the season.
The Bears improve to 6-8-3 on the season while UMass-Dartmouth drops to 1-12-3 overall.
Burnham converted a pass from classmate Patrick Palermo-Re six yards in front of the net and scored in the back right corner for his team-high fifth goal of the season.
Junior Dakota Harich (4-6-2) made three saves to record his third shutout of the season for Coast Guard.
The Bears held a 14-9 edge in shots in the win.
Coast Guard closes out the season on Saturday at Babson in a NEWMAC game at 2:00.
