NEW LONDON, Conn. -- Lauren Steele scored the only goal of the game in the 59^th minute leading host Connecticut College to a hard fought 1-0 win over cross street rival Coast Guard in a non-conference game.

The Camels remain unbeaten improving to 5-0-1 on the season while the Bears drop to 3-3 overall on the season.

Conn. College outshot the Bears 14-4 and Bryanna Montalvo made just one save to register her second shutout of the season in goal for the Camels.

Rachel Boohar made five saves in goal for Coast Guard.

The Bears are back in action on Saturday when they travel to WPI for a 1:00 start.
