2018-19: Indoor- made five appearances during indoor season... ran a season-best in the 400 at 1:06.31 at the Springfield Triangle Classic... outdoor- made five appearances during indoor season... ran a career-best 28.66 in the 200 at the NEWMAC Championships
2017-18: Indoor- made six appearances during indoor season... finished in the top-10 in five events... ran a season-best 1:02.08 in the 400 at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational... outdoor- made eight appearances during outdoor season... finished in the top-10 in seven events... ran a season-best in the 400 at 1:03.54 at the NEWMAC Championships
2016-17: member of the 4x400 relay which earned All-New England honors with a third place finish at the New England All-Division Championship with a school-record time of 4:02.17 ... in the outdoor season, the 4x400 relay placed second at the NEWMAC Championship (3:59.55) and earned DIII All-New England honors with a fourth place finish in a school-record time of 3:55.27
HIGH SCHOOL: member of both indoor and outdoor track and field teams at James Madison High ... member of the 4x400 which set the school record in both indoor and outdoor seasons
