Biography

Major: Electrical Engineering

Sophomore Year: Matt has developed and shot a personal best of 548 in Air Rifle. Was named to the Mac All Academic Team and an Academic All American by the Collegiate Rifle Coach Association.

Freshman Year: As a walk on Matt made great progress learning the various shooting skill sets in air rifle. He fired in three matches with a personal best of 534. He will be continuing with air rifle and adding smallbore rifle.

Prior to Coast Guard: A walk on with no prior competitive shooting experience

Personal: Enjoys, being with family and friends, playing golf and soccer, video and board games, and Korean food.
