Biography

 

Major: Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering

Freshman: As a walk on starting from ground zero he showed constant improvement and was named GCA Rifle Team Rookie of the Year.

Sophomore Year: Established personal best in air rifle, 528, named as co-captain

Prior to Coast Guard: Recreational shooting

Personal: Rose is one of the 2016-17 Rifle Team’s representative on the Academy Student Athlete Advisory Council. Valedictorian of Pocahontas County High School Class of '15 where he ran track and played the bagpipes
