2018-18: Made seven appearances during indoor season... finished in the top-5 in five events... ran a personal-best in the 1k at 2:35.16 at the BU Terrier Classic... ran a career-best in the 3k with a time of 9:41.21 at the Wesleyan Invitational... ran a personal best time of 1:59.01 in the 800 at the BU Valentine Invitational... Outdoor- made six appearances during outdoor season... ran a personal-best in the 800 at 1:57.60 at the CGA Invitational with a third place finish... ran a personal-best in the 1500 at 4:10.98 against Merchant Marine.  

2017-18: Made five appearances during indoor season... ran a personal-best in the mile with a time of 4:29.09 at the Wheaton Invitational... finished in the top-3 during three events... ran a season-best 2:01.22 in the 800 at the Wesleyan Invitational with a third place finish... Outdoor- made six appearances during outdoor season... finished in the top-5 in four events... ran a season-best time of 1:58.83 at the NEWMAC Championships.

High School: Member of soccer, indoor and outdoor track teams at Robert E Fitch Highschool... Named MVP and all conference in each sport senior season... Multi time state qualifier in both indoor and outdoor track... Fitch Highschool Honor Graduate... Vice President of the National Honors Society.

Personal: Son of Kim and Michael... has a sister, Kelly and a brother, Andrew... father retired as a Commander in the Navy.
