CAREER TIMES

2019-20: qualifed for the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championship in the 800 meters with a time of 1:53.38, the 12th fastest time in Division III and was named an All-American by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for the 2020 indoor season after the NCAA championships were cancelled due to COVID-19.

2018-19: Indoor- made eight appearances during indoor season... finished in eighth place in the 800m at 1:54.80 to earn All-America honors at the NCAA Championsips...  ran a personal-best 1:51.79 in the 800 at the New England DIII Championships... ran a personal-best 4:22.09 with a first place finish in the mile at the Wheaton Invitational... Outdoor- made four appearances during outdoor season... finished in the top-3 in four events... ran a personal-best 1:53.58 in the 800m in third place at the Navy Spring Meet... finished first overall at 4:01.92 in the 1500m at the CGA Invitational. 

2017-18: Indoor- made six appearances during indoor season... ran a season-best 1:58.70 in the 800m with a first place finish at the Wesleyan Invitational... ran a season-best 4:23.28 in the mile at the Boston University Invite... Outdoor- made five appearances during outdoor season... finished in the top-10 in all seven events... ran a season-best 1:54.89 in the 800m at the Silfen Invitational... member of the 4x400 and the 4x800. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Member of schools track & field, cross country and soccer team at Saline High School ... All-American/National Champion in DMR ... 2 x national qualifier in the 400 hurdles ... Michigan 4x400 Dream Team member ... 7 x state qualifier ... 7 x All-Region ... 2 x Regional Champion 300 hurdles ... 8 x All-Conference ... 3 x Conference Champion 300 hurdles ...
