2018-19: Indoor- made six appearances during indoor season... ran a personal-best in the 3k at 9:22.10 at the Wheaton Invitational... ran a personal-best 16:01.43 with a second place finish in the 5k at the Springfield Classic... Outdoor- made seven appearances during outdoor season... finished in the top-10 in six events... ran a personal-best in the 5k with a second place finish at 16:03.19 at the CGA Invitational... ran a personal-best in the 1500 at 4:18.00 at the Springfield Classic... had a personal-best in the 3000 Steeple with a third place finish at 10:01.14 at the NEWMAC Championships.
2017-18: Indoor- made four appearances during indoor season... ran a personal-best in the mile at 4:43.78 at the Wheaton Invitational...
