2019: Made four appearances during junior season... ran a personal-best 28:47 in the 8k at the Conn. College Invitational... placed on NEWMAC All-Academic team for the second time. CAREER RESULTS

2018: Made four appearances during sophomore season... ran a career-best in the 5k (18:39.8) at the Purple Valley Invitational... named to the NEWMAC All-Academic team for the first time 

2017: Appeared in five races during freshman season... Ran fastest 8K at NEWMAC Championship (28:53.00, 10/29) ... Ran fastest 5K at Purple Valley Invitate (18:04.90, 9/23).

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran for coach Michael Sauer at Grassfield High ... 2017 conference champion in the 2 mile event during the outdoor season.

PERSONAL: Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering major ... Son of George, who played football at the Coast Guard Academy, and Andrea Bonner.
